Congratulations to all the SIR wrestlers who participated in the NJ Regional’s this weekend. SIR was well represented and had the following wrestlers qualify for the New Jersey State Wrestling Tournament:

Also congratulations to our New York SIR Wrestlers Thomas Wightman, 145, from Warwick, and Michael Raccioappi, 138, from Minisink Valley who participated in the New York State Wrestling Tournament.
Finally, congratulations to Division III Wrestlers Chris Burdge, 165, Centenary College, and Eric Bach, 197, Wilkes University for qualifying form the Division III National Tournament. Go SIR Wrestlers!!!!
Nick Romyns 100th Win!!!!!
Congratulations Nick Romyns for his 100th victory during the regular season! He will attend Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, in the fall.
Practice - 1/3/2014
As a result of the snowstorm SIR Wrestling is opening their Lafayette facility for intermediate and high school practice on Friday, January 3rd from 5-6:30 pm. Hope to see you there!!
No Practice Tonight -12/31/13
SIR Wrestling will be not be open on New Years Eve and New Years day. Thank you for all your support in 2013 and have a prosperous 2014!

WRESTLER OF THE WEEK... Eric Freidman is a Junior from Mendham who won the Mt. Olive Tournament this past weekend at 138lbs!!! Congratulations Eric!
Practice Tonight @ Lafayette - 12/17/13
With Schools closed today 12/17/13 SIR will be holding Novice practice, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm. Stillwater - Fredon program will also be joining the novice practice tonight!!
High School practice will take place from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Jan Rosenberg Transfers Colleges
Jan Rosenberg is transferring to Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa Coach Hall's Alma Mater. Good luck Jan on your future endeavors!
Kodie Silvestri joins the SIR Staff
We are excited to announce that Walkill alumni and defending National Wrestling Champion from Wartburg College, Kodie Silvestri will be joining the SIR staff, exclusively from July 7th until the first week in August for private lessons, regular classes and clinics.
