A big thanks to TJ Williams for coming to SIR and putting on 2 clinics for both our Middle School and High School Guys!  Also to Drew Wagenhoffer (wartburg) and Troy Hernandez (upenn) for volunteering their time to help out.

TJ Williams started his wrestling career as a Harvey Twister and went on to be a 4 time Illinois State Champion for Mt. Carmel High School in Chicago. TJ’s collegiate career started at Lassen Community College where he was a JUCO National Runner-Up for the Cougars. After graduation, TJ transferred to the University of Iowa where he won 3 Big 10 titles and was a 3 time NCAA Division 1 All-American. He was the 1999 and 2001 National Champion for the Hawkeyes.
